Misplaced Suspicion

Report a standards concern

Raise a concern about source integrity, a promise, a quality claim or a documented process.

Channel guide · Version 1.0 · 17 October 2026

Describe what was promised, what was observed, and what would count as a reliable correction. Do not turn a report into an automatic verdict.

What to record

  1. Expectation: name the standard, policy, build, promise or published description and its source.
  2. Observed difference: identify the page, date, behavior, records or result that differs.
  3. Impact: describe effects on safety, accessibility, continuity, source accuracy or reliable operation.
  4. Evidence and limits: include lawful references, contrary information and what remains unknown.
  5. Requested outcome: correction, investigation by the responsible body, new test or explicit unresolved status.

Send this organizational standards concern to compliance@livinginstruments.com. If the concern involves that channel, use abuse@livinginstruments.com. These links do not issue numbered receipts or guarantee privacy, response times or legal privilege. No report is sent until you choose to send it from your own mail app.

Correct without erasing

A proper review preserves what was originally published or promised, identifies the correction and reviewer, and checks the changed result. No implied certification, legal determination or claim of a completed investigation follows from the submission of an email.
